  • Foundations Of Structural Design 9:30am-10:20am

    This class empowers young builders to plan, design, and construct— from simple tools to creative architecture— while strengthening their understanding of engineering principles and teamwork.

  • Environmental Arts & Expression 10:30am-11:20am

    Led by a licensed Occupational Therapist, this class nurtures creativity and emotional expression through nature-based art, sensory integration, and collaborative projects using sustainable materials.

  • Neurokinetics: Movement & Sciences 11:30am-12:20pm

    led by a licensed educator and curriculum specialist, this class explores scientific and mathematical concepts through whole-body learning, group challenges, and strategic movement- based games.

FAll 2025 Service Agreement

Program Dates: Fridays from Sept 19- Nov 21, 2025

Program time: Classes Begin at 9:30am and End at 12:20pm

    • Each class runs for 50 minutes.

    • Students enrolled in 2 or more classes will have supervised 10-minute breaks between classes, held in the gross motor gym or large art room.

    • Families waiting on site may visit with their child in the lobby area only during these breaks.

    • If you plan to take your child outside the instructor-supervised areas, you must:

      • Sign them out and back in using the clipboard sheet.

      • Inform the instructor directly.

    • Students must return on time to their next class.

    • Visiting procedures during breaks are subject to change if they become disruptive to group flow.

    • Arrival is permitted no sooner than 10 minutes before your child’s first class.

    • Parents may stay on-site in designated areas:

      • Lobby

      • Small gym

      • Outdoor areas, as long as they do not interfere with outdoor classes.

    • Students enrolled in only one or two classes must be picked up promptly at the end of their scheduled class.

      • A $10 late fee per 10 minutes will apply if the student is not picked up on time.

    • Students enrolled in all three classes are supervised for the full session, including breaks.

    • Tuition Options:

      • $250 per class (10-week session)

      • $600 for the 3-class bundle

    • A $100 deposit per family is required to reserve your spot and will be applied to the remaining balance.

    • Full payment is due by September 9, 2025.

    • If canceled before September 8, a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee per child applies.

      • Example: Two children enrolled and both cancel = $100 total non-refundable.

    • No refunds will be issued after September 9, regardless of:

      • Illness

      • Absences

      • Travel

      • Scheduling changes within families

    • If the program is canceled by The Therapy Xploriment due to low enrollment, families will receive a full refund of the deposit.

      ◦ Any sibling play membership add-ons will also be refunded on a prorated basis if paid.

    • Families who enroll in all 3 classes will receive a FREE Unlimited Play Membership

    • Valid from the time of registration through November 21, 2025

    • Allows access to available play areas when open to the public

    • No credits for unused days

  • For siblings not enrolled in XPLORE classes but staying on-site during class times:

    • $35/month, beginning August 21, 2025

    • Billed every 30 days from the date of registration

    • Valid any day the business is open

    • Limited use during educational programs to prevent disruption

    • Memberships end automatically on November 21, 2025

    • To cancel, provide written notice:

      • By the 21st of the current month, or

      • Before the end of your 30-day billing cycle, if registered after August 21

    • No refunds once a new billing cycle has started

    • No unused days of the membership are refundable

    • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement

    • Closed-toe shoes are required for safety

    • If wearing a dress, shorts must be worn underneath

    • Jewelry and accessories should be kept minimal to avoid hazards or being lost

    • Apply sunscreen and bug spray before arriving, if desired

    • Please send your child with:

      • Two snacks

      • Lunch

      • Water bottle

    • We encourage families to pack nutrient-dense food to support focus and energy during class (e.g., whole grains, fruits, veggies, and protein-rich items).

    • This is a peanut-free program — please check labels and avoid all peanut-containing products.

  • Led by a licensed educator, licensed occupational therapist, and licensed builder

    • Tuition covers:

    • All classroom materials and supplies (art, sensory tools, manipulatives)

    • Daily curriculum and educational experiences

    • Access to the gross motor gym and open play space in front of the building, as well as educational areas inside and outside.

    • Cleaning and maintenance — no additional activity or supply fees required

    • If a concern arises:

      • Speak with your child’s instructor if it is minor and can be addressed at the classroom level

      • For more serious matters, contact Sarah Brown directly

    • Open and respectful communication is key to ensuring a positive experience

    • Children must be signed out by an approved parent or guardian daily

    • If someone else is picking up your child:

      • You must notify us in writing in advance

      • That individual must present a valid photo ID

    • Only the listed parent/guardian may update the authorized pickup list via a signed form

    • If your child becomes ill:

      • You will be notified and must arrange pickup within 30 minutes

      • Your child must be symptom-free for 24 hours (without medication) before returning

    • In a medical emergency, we will call 911

    • We reserve the right to request that a parent stay on-site to provide 1-on-1 support if disruptive or unsafe behavior is observed


  • By enrolling in XPLORE, families acknowledge that their child(ren) may be photographed or recorded during classes and enrichment activities. These images and videos may be used for program promotion, social media, or educational documentation. If you do not consent to photo/media use, please provide written notice before the first day of class.

  • Submission of payment, including the $100 deposit, constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to all terms outlined in this Service Agreement.

  • A signed XPLORE Waiver & Indemnity Agreement is required during day of enrollment.
